Un restaurant végétarien est sur le point de s'ouvrir au coeur Lausanne. Il comprendra 42 places assises ainsi qu'une demi-douzaine en terrasse. Toutefois, l'acquisition du fond de commerce de ce lieu nécessite votre aide financière!
En effet, il n'y a plus que cette dernière étape à franchir avant l'ouverture. Le certificat cantonal de cafetier et restaurateur a été obtenu et, depuis le 7 juin 2011, Chez Ortie Sàrl est inscrite au registre du commerce Suisse.
Nous nous réjouissons de vous proposer, au plus vite, une cuisine végétale équilibrée, adaptée aux allergiques, aux intolérants au gluten ou au lactose, aux diabétiques avec des produits biologiques de proximité et de saison. Nous désirons offrir une large carte de plats variés à partir de recettes connues (chili con soja, lasagnes etc.) ou plus originales (quinoa et autres découvertes) mais adaptées aux souhaits des clients.

After months of preparation, our plan to create a vegetarian restaurant of about forty seats in Lausanne, Switzerland, is finally about to come true. This vegan restaurant is the result of an association between Jérôme and Karen, both trying to raise awareness related to dietary choices to people. They created in this aim, on 1st June 2011 an LLC "Chez Ortie" registered officialy. Nevertheless, we still need financial help.
We will offer vegetable and balanced food, suitable for people with food allergies, intolerant to gluten or lactose, and for diabetics. We want to use organic and seasonal products from local farmers. We plan to offer a big variety of dishes from classical recipes (chili con soya, Lasagna, etc.) to more original ones (quinoa tabbouleh and other exotic dishes) but adapted to clients' wishes.
